Shipping and Handling: To ensure maximum protection, the artwork is shipped rolled in a rigid cardboard tube; therefore it is SOLD WITHOUT A FRAME AND WITHOUT A STRETCHER BAR. Upon request the collector can have the canvas stretched: in this case the costs for the service and the adjusted shipping fees are borne by the buyer. The canvas measures approximately 104 x 176 cm to allow framing.

The certificate of authenticity is also included with the work.

Alema Stabu is a multidisciplinary artist working on the synthesis of form. Her style, often described as “Botanical Minimalism,” stems from observing natural cycles filtered through a strict geometric lens.

In her works Alema reduces the floral element to pure chromatic fields, eliminates the superfluous to exalt the architecture of the bloom. The choice of bold palettes and the use of sharp contours reflect her pursuit of a universal aesthetic order and transform the canvas into a timeless design object.

Soft Opening: Three tulips rise from a softly powder-blue ground in various stages of opening, each a study in restrained anticipation. The largest bloom, centered and dominant, reveals a delicate pink interior, framed by deep red and warm-creamy petals — a precise geometry of inclusion and unfurling. To its left a smaller bud remains firmly closed, to the right a third bloom opens later in layers of peach, coral and rose. The leaves — broad flat fields of forest green, teal green and midnight blue — anchor the composition with quiet authority. The nearly monochrome background resolves all distractions and leaves only the essential architecture of growth: three voices, one breath.
