The work: Confluence presents itself as a painting that explores the precise point at which identities cease to be isolated entities and become a shared experience. The composition does not describe a literal encounter, but a convergence of planes, gestures, and presences that overlap without canceling each other out. Each profile, fragmented and reconstructed, preserves its autonomy while participating in a common structure.

The cubist language here does not operate as a historical quotation, but as a living tool: a way of thinking about the human figure from simultaneity, intersection, and the balanced tension between the self and the other.
