The Texas Instruments TI-99/4A, released in June 1981, was the first home/personal computer to use a 16-bit processor, the Texas Instruments TMS9900 at 3 MHz with 256 bytes of RAM, the scratchpad. It includes 16 KB of VRAM and advanced graphics via the Texas Instruments TMS9918A chip.
As for sound, it uses a TI TMS9919 that provides 3 audio channels and one noise channel.
As you can see in the photos, it works perfectly. I have tested it using an RF tuner (from AliExpress) and a VGA monitor (not included).
All keys work, although a couple require a firmer press, and others are overly sensitive.
