Electric guitar Sakura Vintage, model dating from the mid-1980s approximately, made in Japan in very good condition and perfectly functional, straight and smooth neck, purchased by an artist (biography attached) with the intention of creating a unique and customized instrument through hand inlays on the body and the insertion of small steel elements that recall the guitar's chrome fittings; the instrument will be supplied with strings and the original soft case from the era, carefully packed and shipped by courier.
Biography
Andrea Oliva was born in Milan on 15/02/1973.
He attended a classical high school, then decided to follow his instinct, left grammar school and enrolled at the Caravaggio Art High School where he graduated in 1992 and subsequently at the Brera Academy of Fine Arts, he plays in several musical groups, drums and guitar, at the same time attends ateliers of already established artists and begins a long period of collaboration with some of them, from which he learns the specific techniques of sculpture. He also worked for a period at the historic plaster workshop "Fumagalli e Dossi". He begins a steady series of solo exhibitions, the first in 1994 and then collective ones, participates in sculpture symposia and competitions, becomes a member-artist of the Permanente Museum of Milan, and also dedicates himself to painting and to writing poems, some of which are published in specialist journals.
He executes on commission the plaques of the "PhD in Chemical Sciences and in Industrial Chemistry" for the University of Milan in 2004 and for the University of Insubria (Varese–Como) in 2005.
He has created several public monuments, one of the most important being a funerary monument located in the Major Cemetery of Milan.
