Description from the seller
A0000004909
Elegant S.T. Dupont Trinity gold-plated fountain pen with the characteristic vertical fluted finish “godron”, an emblematic piece of the French firm that combines discreet luxury, artisanal precision, and timeless design. Its slender and refined silhouette perfectly reflects the classic aesthetics of the Trinity collection, highly appreciated among collectors and lovers of high-end writing.
The pen is in very good overall condition. The body and cap retain excellent visual presence, preserving the original shine of the gold plating and the definition of the vertical lines. Slight superficial micro-scratches derived from careful use and the passage of time are observed, without relevant dents or appreciable structural damage.
The clip remains firmly in place and aligned, while ornamental details and decorative rings maintain an elegant and homogeneous appearance. At the top you can see the S.T. Dupont Paris engraving with good definition.
The black section is in good aesthetic condition, preserving shine and proper integrity. The gold nib maintains good alignment and refined aesthetics, accompanied by the feed in correct condition. The fountain pen has been inspected and tested before sale, guaranteeing proper operation and smooth writing.
A sophisticated piece representative of late-20th-century French elegance, ideal for both collection and daily distinguished use.
Conservation recommendations: use high-quality fountain pen inks, avoid pigmented inks, clean with lukewarm water if not in use for some time, dry completely before storage, keep in a dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures, and operate the filling system gently.
It will be sent in a courtesy box for proper preservation. Happy bidding!
