ARTIS Art Gallery: The renewal of artistic authenticity
In a world where art has too often become a mass-marketed product, where names eclipse talent and where industrial production replaces the hand of the artist, ARTIS Art Gallery is committed to selling only works that meet absolute standards of excellence.
Our mission is simple but radical: restore the nobility of the act of authentic creation.
Our commitment: true art, with courageous and, above all, hardworking artists.
We travel across Asia in search of genuine talents, artists whose work is not reduced to a commercial strategy. For us, a work of art is not a standardized commodity. At ARTIS Art Gallery, every piece we offer meets strict criteria:
100% Handmade: Each work is the fruit of meticulous artisanal labor, where the artist’s hand is the sole engine of creation.
Guaranteed uniqueness: We reject industrial reproduction, outsourcing, and factory production systems. What you acquire is a unique work, designed and created by the artist themselves.
The signature as a commitment: each work is personally signed by its creator. This signature is not just a formality; it is the seal of authenticity and the guarantee that the artist fully owns their work, from the initial sketch to the finish. We refuse signatures on the board (printed signature); only hand-signed by the artist are accepted, otherwise we reject the works.
Against 'Art Marketing'
We firmly oppose the current trend of selling “names” rather than works. Buying a “decorative” piece produced in series, without real artist intervention, is like buying a fashion accessory: its value fades as soon as the marketing dies down.
We prefer to focus on the intrinsic quality of the craft. An artist who takes time to create, who shapes every detail and who invests their soul in their work is the one who will leave a lasting imprint. If we cannot predict the future, we deeply believe that these authentic works are the only investments that, over time, gain depth, emotion, and value, whereas purely promotional products fade.
Why choose a work from ARTIS Art Gallery?
By choosing a work with us, you are not just acquiring an Art object. You support:
1. Emerging talent: You enable talented artists to live from their art without compromising their integrity.
2. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was created. A real guarantee of acquiring a work made by the artist themselves and not a vulgar outsourcing, under the pretense that the artist is already known in the art world.
3. Long-term investment: You invest in an artistic reality rather than a marketing illusion.
4. Ethics and transparency: you know exactly who made your work and how it was realized. A true guarantee of acquiring a work made by the artist themselves, and not a vulgar outsourcing, is the bond between those who seek truth in art and those who create it with passion, patience and talent.

Biography of the painter Nguyen Robert 1958.
Born in 1958 in Ben Tre, a genuine village nestled in the heart of the Mekong Delta, Nguyen Robert is a Franco-Vietnamese artist whose work stands out for a singular fusion of Asian traditions and Western artistic influences. From a young age, he has been fascinated by the rural architecture of his environment, the lines of traditional houses, the shapes of floating markets, the shadows cast by water palms — all elements that will form the basis of his visual language.
Based in his homeland region throughout his life, Nguyen Robert over the decades developed a deeply contemporary, modern, and architecturally-oriented style. His paintings explore structures, lines, urban rhythms, and geometric abstraction, while maintaining a poetic sensibility inherent to Vietnamese culture.
His dual heritage, Franco-Vietnamese, enriches his approach: he borrows from the West the rigor of modern compositions and bold contrasts, while his Vietnamese soul imparts softness, spirituality, and fluidity to his works. The result is a pictorial universe where modernity meets timelessness, where geometry dialogues with light, creating works of great visual power.
Known for his ability to transform daily life into abstract landscapes, Nguyen Robert is today regarded as one of the singular voices in the delta Mekong’s contemporary painting. He continues his work in his Ben Tre studio, surrounded by the landscapes that shaped his identity, and he continues to exhibit in several galleries in Asia and Europe, winning over collectors and art enthusiasts seeking deeply modern, structured, and vibrant works.
