Description from the seller
Aria Diamond 1803T late 60s - Olympic White. Typical 60s sound, vintage surf rock. Warm, full-bodied, deep and bright. Lots of sound possibilities. Entirely original except for the tremolo bridge.
Matsumoku Japan Production: Late 60s – Early 70s (circa 1968-1972)
Country of production: Japan (Matsumoku Factory) Shape of the Body: Offset (Fender Jazzmaster/Jaguar style)
Body wood: Ash solid wood, very resonant
Neck: Bolt-on maple, with a comfortable and rather slim "D" profile (modern pre-Stratocaster style)
Fretboard: Rosewood with dot inlays. Frets: 21 frets (medium/small vintage). Scale: 24.75 inches (628 mm) – Gibson-like short scale, which makes string tension softer.
Nut width: About 39 mm (slim neck, typical of Japanese guitars of the era).
Pickup: 3x single-coil "Diamond" ldi type DeArmond). These are iconic pickups, characterized by a rectangular/trapezoidal faceplate. They have stellar output and a very dynamic sound, warm but with a biting attack, halfway between a Stratocaster and a Jazzmaster.
