Detailed Description:
I am offering at auction the most iconic gas lighter from S.T. Dupont: the Ligne 2 model. Recognizable by everyone thanks to its perfect proportions (62 mm tall) and the famous characteristic "clink" when opening the cap, it wears a silver-plated finish with a guilloché vertical line pattern.

History and Detailed Condition:
Purchased new in 2002 (invoice and original box not kept). This lighter has been used regularly and shows a patina of wear:

Aesthetics:
Micro-scratches from handling on the smooth surfaces and the presence of a micro-impact on the rear right edge of the body and on the edge of the cap (visible in the photos). The silver plating retains a very beautiful overall shine.

Operation:
Currently "gas-free" for sale. The hinge, opening mechanism remains perfectly aligned and the flint wheel operates normally. The lighter is fully functional.
