AI-assisted summary
Description from the seller
Vintage Seikosha GP-50S Graphic Printer, an interesting and increasingly uncommon piece of early personal-computing equipment from Seikosha Co., Ltd.
The printer is offered as a very complete set, including its original owner’s manual, power supply, cables/accessories, period documentation and packaging insert, making it particularly attractive to collectors of vintage computers and peripherals.
The printer has been tested and successfully produced a printout. The actual test print is shown in the photographs, with text and graphic lines clearly visible. The red power indicator also illuminates correctly.
Included in the lot:
- Seikosha GP-50S Graphic Printer
- Original Owner’s Manual
- Original/period power supply
- Power cable
- Connection/interface cable shown in the photographs
- Smoked transparent cover/accessory
- Additional spindle/accessory shown in the packaging
- Period Portuguese warranty/purchase documentation
- Original moulded polystyrene packaging insert
- Test print produced by the printer, shown in the photographs
Good vintage condition considering its age.
The printer shows normal signs of age, storage and use, including some light scratches, marks and slight ageing/discolouration of the plastic. The transparent/smoked components also show some surface marks. The manual and original paperwork show normal signs of age.
The printer powers on and has been tested printing successfully. The photograph of the printed paper demonstrates the result of the test (made in a ZX Spectrum 48K).
A particularly nice example of the Seikosha GP-50S, especially desirable due to the surviving original manual, accessories, documentation, packaging and confirmed print test.sories, power supply, documentation and packaging insert.
Please study all photographs carefully, as they form an important part of the description and clearly show the cosmetic condition, accessories and documentation included in the lot.
