Dom Pérignon Rosé 2009, a Brut Rosé Champagne from the Champagne region of France, produced from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay (Champagne blend), bottle size 0.75 L.
Description from the seller
Dom Pérignon Rosé is a tribute to Pinot Noir, expressing the perfect marriage of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir. Although it took more than ten years before it saw the light of day, the colour of Dom Pérignon Rosé manages to convey the full tension between youth and maturity, flamboyance and restraint.
Appellation: AOC Champagne
Vintage: 2009
Blend: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay
Tasting Notes: On the nose, a fruity palette emerges, marked by blackcurrant, raspberry, cherry, and fig. Aromas of liquorice and gingerbread delicately appear, with touches of rose, saffron, and orange. Round and creamy, the palate stands out for its generous character and dominant notes of red fruits.
Food Pairings: Dom Pérignon Rosé pairs beautifully with the most understated dishes from southern European cuisine, such as authentic Italian, Spanish, or French specialties. This enhances the rich, velvety textures that define the strength of this wine.
