Description from the seller
Omega Seamaster 'China Explorers'
The Omega Seamaster Co-Axial Chronograph “CERS” China Explorers Limited Edition, reference 2512.53.00, is a special mechanical chronograph produced in a limited edition of 351 pieces in this red version. The pictured watch carries the individual number 189/351, as stated on the accompanying certificate and the case back.
It is equipped with the automatic Omega caliber 3313, a mechanical chronograph movement with Co-Axial escapement and column-wheel operation. The movement has a power reserve of approximately 52 hours, a frequency of 28,800 vibrations per hour, and COSC chronometer certification. In addition to the central hour and minute hands, the watch features a central chronograph second, a small second at 9 o'clock, a 30-minute counter at 3 o'clock, and a 12-hour counter at 6 o'clock. The date window is between 4 and 5 o'clock.
The case is made of stainless steel and has a diameter of about 42.2 mm. The finish combines polished and brushed surfaces with a smooth, fixed bezel. The watch is equipped with scratch-resistant sapphire crystal, a screw-down crown, and a water resistance of 150 meters (15 bar). The stainless steel bracelet closes with a folding clasp and forms a cohesive whole with the sporty character of the case.
The black dial is distinguished by red Arabic numerals at 12, 3, 6, and 9 o'clock, triangular hour markers, and luminous hands. The three chronograph sub-dials feature white scale graduations, making the various functions clearly readable. The red accents give this limited edition its characteristic appearance.
The solid stainless-steel case back is engraved with a special China Explorers motif featuring a world map, the map of China, and the logo of the China Exploration & Research Society. The limited edition was released in collaboration with this organization, which focuses on expeditions, research, and the preservation of cultural and natural heritage in China.
The pictured piece comes with the original Omega box, the user manual, warranty and certificate cards, and the special CERS certificate. The photos show light signs of wear on the case and bracelet, while the original box shows visible wear to the red outer packaging.
