An interesting Spanish classical guitar dating from approximately 1917–1920, bearing a Viuda de Manuel Ramírez attribution.

For complete transparency, we cannot guarantee that this guitar is an authentic Viuda de Manuel Ramírez instrument, and it is therefore offered without a definitive maker attribution. What we can say with confidence is that it is a genuine Spanish guitar from the early 20th century, making it an interesting historical instrument in its own right.

The guitar features a spruce top with cypress back and sides, a 645 mm scale length and a 52 mm nut width.

It has been restored in the past and is currently playable with a good action and comfortable playability. The restoration, however, was not carried out to the professional standard we would normally expect for a high-end historical instrument. We have deliberately chosen to leave the guitar as it is rather than undertake further restoration.

The next owner can therefore decide whether to improve the existing restoration and appearance or simply enjoy the guitar in its current playable condition.
