There was a time when a few pixels, four ghosts, and a handful of lives were enough to make the heart beat faster. Pac-Man never really left the game. With The Ghost Hunter, SKE propels one of the greatest icons of arcade gaming into a much more urban, raw, and contemporary universe. Pac-Man bursts to the foreground, pursued or perhaps now a hunter by the famous ghosts who have marked generations of players. The “Level 1,” the pixelated skull, and the graphic codes borrowed from video games immediately create that familiar sensation: the early games, the arcade cabinets, and that very simple obsession… to keep one more life.
But here, nostalgia refuses to stay meek.
SKE confronts retro pixel aesthetics with the splashes, projections, black flat fields, and spontaneous gestures of street art. Electric pink, turquoise, yellow, and red explode on a deliberately patinated background, as if a memory from the arcade years had been ripped from a screen to end up directly on a city wall.
This dissonance is the strength of the piece: a reference instantly recognizable, yet sufficiently distorted to become a true contemporary collectible work.

Your work is shipped rolled and protected in a tube.

Upon receipt, remove it gently and lay it flat for 48 to 72 hours so it can naturally regain its shape before framing.

ISO formats (A3, A2, A1…) are very easy to frame with standard frames available in home improvement or décor stores.

Personally, I use Leroy Merlin aluminum frames: simple, elegant, and affordable; they beautifully showcase the works.

SKE is a self-taught French artist who wears many hats and grew up in the 80s/90s culture, inspiring a large portion of his artistic output.

He constantly explores new techniques: acrylic painting, collage, stencils, graffiti, urban installations, and digital art. His dynamic, expressive compositions, often with double readings, fuse the raw energy of street art with the visual impact of pop art.

After an exceptional year in 2025, SKE’s market value has risen notably. He won the first prize in the Urban Master competition (2023), then was named Discovery of the Year at the Color Jam Challenge (2025).
SKE was selected as the "Artist of the Month" by the Opulence gallery in October, and he also benefited from a feature in an American art magazine, confirming his international recognition.

His works have already been exhibited in major venues in Europe, the United States, and Asia, consolidating his place on the contemporary art scene.
