The English Channel project illustrates the new geopolitical landscape between UK and Europe exploring concepts of memory, hope, politics and migration, while addressing the grey area between reality and fiction.
The print has an embossed artist stamp on recto and is signed & numbered on verso. The lot includes a signed & numbered Certificate of Authenticity. The print will be shipped flat, insured, protected in acid free materials in a super rigid packaging.
André Lichtenberg's work has been exhibited in numerous art fairs, museums and private galleries worldwide, including the Barbican Centre London in 1998, Centre Pompidou/IRCAM, Paris in 2015/16 and Fabrica, Brighton in 2018.
