Ancient 935 silver cigarette case with fine enamel painting – mythological motif – 110 g

For sale is an exceptional antique cigarette case made of 925 silver, approx. 8.7 × 5 × 1 cm, weight approx. 110 g.

Particularly beautiful is the elaborately worked surface with fine guilloché and a decorative edge. The inside is gilded.

On the lid there is a colorful, very finely executed enamel painting with a classically mythological motif, probably a depiction of the Judgment of Paris.

Inside there is a small personal engraving “Tony”,

The case shows age- and wear-related traces, especially on the enamel and at the edges – see photos. Overall a very decorative and unusual collectible piece.
