Year: 2025
Andrea Loria is an Italian painter whose work develops around the landscape understood as a visual experience and memory. His works arise from observing real places, subsequently reworked in the studio through a process of formal synthesis, in which color and structure become the central elements of the composition.
Through material blocks of color and chromatic stratifications, Loria builds spaces suspended between figuration and abstraction, where reality is transformed into rhythm, light, and atmosphere. His painting is characterized by a balance between gesture and control, maintaining a contemporary dialogue with the European landscape tradition.
NB: The work will be shipped inside a sturdy tube suitable for shipping. The colors of the painting may differ slightly from the photos due to screen settings. In person, artworks are more beautiful than in photographs: one can appreciate the hypnotic beauty of the oil colors that come to life on the canvas.
