Viktor Nono (born in 1962 in Büttgen, Germany) is a renowned contemporary German artist, sculptor, writer, and holds a doctorate in philosophy. He is widely known for his multidisciplinary approach, which encompasses abstract and textured painting, metal sculpture, and the creation of artist's books. And he focuses his artistic research on the phenomena of forgetting, remembering and prospecting (generally on recycled supports).
