Title: Figure with a black body
Measurements: 70x50 cm
Year: 2026
Skedro is a contemporary artist whose work focuses on representing identity as a continually transforming process. Through fragmented faces, layered chromatic structures, and gestural and material painting, his works evoke totemic figures suspended between abstraction and presence. The human face becomes a territory to be rebuilt, where sign, color and matter intertwine to reveal the tension between interiority and appearance. His work reflects the unstable nature of the self, suggesting that identity is never definitive, but always in becoming.
