Exceptional and very rare complete set of 6 individual color-decomposition plates belonging to Paradise, Canto 14 ("Appearance of Christ") of the famous work "The Divine Comedy" by Dante Alighieri, illustrated by the surrealist genius Salvador Dalí. This technical lot of great pedagogical value allows discovering, step by step and color by color, the successive printing stages and the layering of inks required to construct the final image. It is a unique testament to the masterful engraving and chromatic work carried out for one of the most monumental art editions of the 20th century. Notable details:
