Louis Cartier "DANDY" Limited Edition fountain pen, No. 1390/1847 - Celebratory version of the 150th anniversary - NOS never inked.

Splendid and elegant collector's fountain pen by Louis Cartier, model "DANDY", an exceptional limited edition produced in only 1847 pieces worldwide to celebrate the Maison's history. The offered lot bears the exclusive serial number engraved 1390/1847.
The pen is presented in NOS (new old stock) condition. Completely new, never used / never inked.
It still houses inside the original Cartier cartridge (now depleted/dried from time) and bears on the barrel the gold adhesive sticker M as a testament to its preserved condition. On the body and finishes there is a natural patina of time, not manipulated and never polished.
Nib in solid 18-karat gold (750) engraved with the Cartier logo.
Nib size M (medium), certified by the sticker present.
Body and cap in Dandy design, enriched with geometric details and, at the center, the iconic black bands with the famous Cartier "C".
Pocket clip finishes with the historic "C" in relief, the cap head with the unmistakable black cabochon.
Authenticity engravings: on the barrel are engraved the limited serial number 1390/1847, the wording "Made in France" and the elegant Louis Cartier signature in cursive.
