Magnificent guitar built by Rudolph Gehrs (Germany) c. 1860. German spruce top, rosewood sides and back, ebony fretboard (straight, like the neck), Stauffer-style peghead (beautiful), all tuners in perfect working order, spectacular rosette. It has some fine cracks typical of its age that have been restored (on the top and back). Beautiful sound. Supplied with hard case.

Instrument measurements: Width 30 cm, Height 9 cm, Length 90 cm

Scale / Scale length (Fretboard): 620 mm.

Nut width: 45 mm.

Action at the 12th fret: 1st string / High E = 3 mm and 6th string / Low E = 4 mm

Condition of frets and fingerboard: both impeccable.

Magnífica guitarra fabricada por Rudolph Gehrs (Alemania) ca. 1860. Tapa de pino abeto alemán, aros y fondos de palosanto de Río, diapasón (recto, al igual que el mástil) de ébano, pala tipo Stauffer (preciosa), en perfecto funcionamiento todas las clavijas, espectacular roseta. Tienes algunas rajas finas propias del tiempo que están restauradas (en la tapa y el fondo). Sonido precioso. Se entrega con funda dura.
