The object appears as a sculpture-container shaped like two hands joined together, with the palms facing upward and the fingers folded along the perimeter. The central cavity suggests a decorative or functional use, for example as a catchall tray, a plant pot, a basin, a cup, or a fountain element.

The surface is gray-brown, matte and irregular, with:

markings and working marks that imitate the folds of the skin;
slight color variations and whitish deposits;
small scratches, abrasions and surface imperfections;
thick edges and rather bulky shapes.

It is plausible that it is made of a cast composite material, probably a resinous or cementitious matrix loaded with mineral powders, sand or gravel. The appearance could imitate stone, patinated bronze, or concrete, without the object necessarily being made of any of these solid materials.
