Title: Intimate Geometry of Two Figures
Size: 70x50 cm
Year: 2024
Adriano Ferretti was born in Bologna in 1976. Italian artist, he develops figurative painting with a fragmented and contemporary language, where disjointed faces, intense gazes and broken geometries become tools to investigate identity, memory, and interiority.
Inspired by the avant-gardes of the 20th century, Ferretti builds vibrant compositions, traversed by bright colors, decisive black lines and enigmatic presences. His works transform the human face into an emotional mask, suspended between expression, introspection, and visual tension.
NB: The artwork will be shipped inside a sturdy tube suitable for shipments. The colors of the painting may differ slightly from the photos due to screen settings. In person, artworks are more beautiful than in photography: one can appreciate the hypnotic beauty of the oil colors coming to life on the canvas.
