Ernest Van den Driessche (Eine, December 26, 1894 – there, April 8, 1985) was a naive artist from the Belgian Eine, a subdivision of Oudenaarde.
Ernest Van den Driessche gained some notoriety by participating in exhibitions on naive art in the 1960s in Brussels, Hasselt, Liège, Bratislava (1966, 1969) and Zagreb (1970). He held exhibitions from 1964 to 1970 in Assenede, Ghent, Lokeren, Oudenaarde, Waregem, Verviers, Paris and Cologne.
Van den Driessche painted instinctively and colorfully about the rural life in Eine: the village festival and the masks. In the dialect of his village he modestly spoke of 'peetsies tiekenen' (drawing little dolls).
