Omas - 360 - Fountain pen

Omas introduced the Model 360 in 1996. It was a very innovative model, designed by the Italian architect Stefano Bini. The triangular shape was intended to promote the correct finger position while writing. The pen's design is based on the so-called Reuleaux triangle – an equilateral triangle with three angles of 60 degrees each – from which the model gets its name. Early production was limited to black-blue pens with a length of 16 cm; these are nowadays known as the Magnum 360. Later the standard models were introduced and the color range was significantly expanded. The standard 360 models are 15 cm long and available with a finish in HT (High Tech) or gold-filled. This specimen in black resin has been used, but is in excellent condition and shows only minimal signs of aging and use.
