Mara. J XL - Citrine Meadow

A sea of yellow leaves, warm and full of sun, occupies much of the surface, dotted with pale pink touches and small fragments of green. The light seems to come from above and spread everywhere, golden and soft. Thin green stems rise from the bottom and cross the luminous mass, drawing light, vertical lines. In the lower part the foliage becomes deep green and then gathers in a dark, deep background, where a few yellow leaves still gleam. The botanical imprints, overlapped in dense and grainy layers, give the matter a continuous vibration. A solar and serene work, with the warmth of a summer morning.
