We present at auction an authentic jewel of writing, a true sculpture to be held: the Montblanc Étoile de Montblanc Ballpoint Pen. This exclusive model stands out for its fluid, sinuous and extraordinarily feminine design, inspired by pure elegance and conceived to offer a sensory and visual experience of unparalleled refinement.

The body and cap are masterfully crafted in the renowned Montblanc black resin, whose smooth, deeply glossy surface is shaped to create an ergonomic and captivating silhouette. To accentuate this sophisticated aesthetics, bright and generous details in solid metal finely plated in platinum come into play, creating a magnificent color contrast. The distinctive and most valuable element of the entire collection is undoubtedly the cap's summit: here, mounted inside a scenographic dome in transparent resin, the Montblanc six-pointed star floats magically, but in this special edition the emblem is a true diamond cut "Montblanc Diamond." On the ring of the refined clip is clearly engraved the individual serial number, an indisputable guarantee of the piece’s authenticity.

From a technical standpoint, this prestigious instrument is configured as a ballpoint pen and is powered by a fluid and infallible twist mechanism. Photographs of the disassembled piece confirm the perfect integrity of the internal brass structure and the precision of the threads, also showing the presence of the original refill inside, ready for use.

The preserved condition of this exemplar is to be considered good and used. As clearly highlighted in the macro detail images, the object shows evident and widespread signs of prior use: there are micro-scratches and fine rubbing marks (hairlines) along the surface of the black resin and opacifications and small superficial scratches on the platinum-plated metal portions, particularly on the lower cone. These details attest to the pen’s history of being loved and used daily, but do not in any way compromise its solid structural integrity or perfect mechanical functionality.
