“Moment of Peace” is a 100 × 70 cm painting by contemporary artist Ernest García.

The work depicts a moment of rest in an interior opened to lush vegetation. On a yellow sofa, a figure lies recumbent while, in the foreground, a dog rests calmly on a color-filled rug. The presence of the animal and the relaxed attitude of the figure build an intimate, everyday scene marked by calm.

The large open doors connect the interior with the tropical landscape and allow the greens of the vegetation and the intense blue of the sky to visually enter the room.
