Expressive work by the French artist Georges Dussau, titled 'Entre chien et loup'.

This is an original color aquatint with additional embossing on paper. The work is hand-signed in pencil by the artist at the bottom right and numbered 42/99 at the bottom left. It thus comes from a limited edition of only 99 copies.

The abstract composition is characterized by its multilayered surface texture and the combination of graphic lines, bold dark areas, as well as blue, turquoise, gray, and ocher tones. The embossed areas give the sheet additional depth and a distinctly sculptural effect.

The artwork was originally acquired through a gallery and has since been securely protected in a gallery frame behind glass with a mat.

Die abstrakte Komposition zeichnet sich durch ihre vielschichtige Oberflächenstruktur und die Verbindung von grafischen Linien, kräftigen dunklen Partien sowie Blau-, Türkis-, Grau- und Ockertönen aus. Die eingeprägten Bereiche verleihen dem Blatt zusätzliche Tiefe und eine deutlich plastische Wirkung.

Das Kunstwerk wurde ursprünglich über eine Galerie erworben und befindet sich seitdem geschützt im Galerierahmen hinter Glas mit Passepartout.
