“Grandes amigos” is a 100 × 70 cm painting by contemporary artist Ernest García.

The work presents a portrait in which a woman and a zebra share the same space, building a scene of closeness and complicity. The animal occupies much of the foreground, while the female figure appears behind, establishing a visual relationship in which both acquire practically the same importance.
The composition stands out for the powerful graphic play of the zebra's stripes.
