“Hotel on the Beach” is a 100 × 70 cm painting by contemporary artist Ernest García.

The work depicts an interior open to the sea, where architecture and landscape meet through a large window. A white curtain, stirred by the breeze, occupies the center of the composition and becomes the protagonist element, introducing movement and lightness into a scene marked by the brightness of the Mediterranean.
In the foreground, an ochre-toned sofa appears accompanied by cushions in intense reds, blues and whites. To one side, a vase with tropical flowers extends the interior’s chromatic richness, while the yellow arches guide the gaze outward and frame different fragments of the sky and the sea.

The palette combines warm yellows, luminous blues, whites and red accents, constructing the image from very defined color contrasts.
