This Montblanc Patron of Art Nicolaus Copernicus limited edition (1782/4810) is in very good overall condition and retains the imposing presence inherent to this collection series.
The body in sterling silver Ag925 preserves its characteristic shine, with minimal marks from use and even wear. The concentric rings show excellent definition, and the edition number remains perfectly legible.
The solid 18K gold bi-color nib is in outstanding functional and aesthetic condition: no deformations, deep engraving and clean surface. The feeder shows wear in line with moderate use, maintaining its integrity.
The clip in solid silver remains aligned and secure, along with the original Peridot, with no losses or structural damage.
It is important to note that the cap has a prior repair, performed in a solid and aesthetically pleasing manner, without compromising its functionality or the safety of the piece. The intervention is discreet and does not affect proper gripping, closure, or use of the fountain pen.
The pen is sold with its original Montblanc box and documentation, which increases its presentation and collection value.
Overall, this is a well-preserved limited piece, functional and ready for use or display, with a puntual intervention on the cap that does not affect its overall performance or its appeal as a collectible object.
