Launched in the 1990s, this collection was created to revive the glorious and iconic lines of the Imperial pens from the 1960s, adapting them to the needs of the contemporary user.

The instrument features a sober and exceptionally elegant high-gloss black resin body, contrasted by a generous, wide cap band gold-plated. The clip proudly bears the traditional "White Dot" (Punto Blanco), the historic hallmark of Sheaffer’s unwavering quality.

The true spectacle of this piece is its Inlaid nib (nib inlaid into the grip section). This diamond-shaped design is one of horology’s most famous aesthetic feats. It is executed with a generous 23-karat gold coating (clearly engraved on its surface) and offers a smooth, steady, and very secure writing experience. This is an instrument that has been regularly used, maintaining an excellent overall aesthetic:

Resin and Metals: The body and cap remain deeply glossy black, showing the inevitable micro-scratches ("hairs") from normal desktop use, without cracks or fissures. The wide cap band is in very good condition. The clip shows signs of superficial wear and edge rubbing, common from pocket contact (see macro photographs).

Nib: The 23k gold-plated Inlaid nib is in formidable cosmetic condition, with the tines perfectly aligned and the iridium present. (Expert note: It will be sent cleaned and without the original case nor converter/cartridges included).
