Mara. J XL presents Citrine Nightfall, an original acrylic painting (2026) with a violet background and golden leaf textures, measuring 95 by 65 cm (image) on a 105 by 75 cm canvas, signed by hand in excellent condition, sold directly by the artist without a frame and rolled for shipping, with a digitally available certificate of authenticity on request.
Description from the seller
On a violet background that grows deeper toward the bottom, a dense network of golden leaves rises and thickens in the upper part of the canvas, like a mane lit by the last light. The botanical imprints overlap in layers, some full and sharp, others barely hinted, until they dissolve into the color of the background. Thin green stems cross the composition and trace its vertical rhythm. The matter is granular and layered, built up by accumulation, and lets the violet surface between one imprint and another. The transition from shadow to gold gives the work a calm and luminous breath, the moment when evening still holds the warmth of the day.
Signed and dated 2026 in the bottom right
Image dimensions: 95 x 65 cm
Overall canvas size: 105 x 75 cm
The work is sold without a frame; it will be rolled and shipped in a cardboard tube.

Mara J. explores the beauty and intensity of nature and the human body, creating works that tell emotions and moods through light and form. Her landscapes evoke fluid and suspended atmospheres, where color and luminosity shape space, while human figures, delicate and introspective, become a means of emotional expression. Each painting is an invitation to immerse oneself in a world of subtle sensations, where nature and the human being intertwine in a deep dialogue.
