The palladium-finished metal elements — including the clip, central band and grip area — are in excellent condition, with uniform shine and no significant wear. No loss of plating or notable dents are seen, preserving an elegant and well-preserved look.

The clip is firmly in place, correctly aligned and functional, with the Montblanc engraving clearly defined.

The transparent upper dome features good clarity, allowing the floating Montblanc emblem to be clearly appreciated. No cracks or relevant opacities are detected, only possible minimal superficial marks derived from use.

The twist mechanism operates smoothly and precisely, responding correctly, indicating good mechanical condition overall.
