An authentic icon of the late 1980s and early 1990s, this TAG Heuer Formula 1 (Reference 375.513) perfectly embodies the vibrant, sporty spirit that saved and redefined the Swiss brand during the post-quartz era. This midsize model features a classic matte sandblasted stainless steel inner case paired with its distinctive unidirectional rotating resin bezel in black with green numeral accents, matching the signature green "Mercedes" handset and inner minute track. Case & Back: The matte sandblasted stainless steel case remains crisp with expected light surface marks and negligible hairline scratches from age. The screw-down caseback displays crisp, fully readable engraving text ("Waterresistant - 200 Meters - Tested - Stainless Steel - Swiss Watch").
Bezel: The original black resin unidirectional bezel rotates securely. It exhibits normal signs of wear, surface micro-scuffs, and aging to the green paint infill, retaining a great authentic vintage patina.
Dial & Hands: The original matte black dial is in exceptional shape. Luminous round plots show light, natural aging. The vibrant green hands are intact; the minute hand has aged gracefully to a slightly lighter tone than the hour hand, typical for this generation.
Crystal: Clear mineral crystal with minimal, light surface wear visible under close inspection.
