Cartier - Fountain pen

Louis Cartier "DANDY" fountain pen, limited edition no. 1390/1847 - Celebratory version for the 150th anniversary - NOS never inked.

Splendid and elegant collectible fountain pen from Louis Cartier, model "DANDY", exceptional limited edition produced in only 1847 pieces worldwide to celebrate the Maison's history. The offered lot bears the exclusive serial number engraved 1390/1847.

The pen is in NOD (new old stock) condition. Completely new, never used / never inked.

It still contains inside the original Cartier-era cartridge (now discharged/dried by time), and the barrel bears the golden adhesive sticker M as a testament to its state of preservation. On the body and finishes there is a natural patina of time, not manipulated and never polished.

Nib in solid 18-carat gold (750) engraved with the Cartier logo.

Nib size M (medium), certified by the seal present.

Body and cap Dandy design enriched with geometric details and, in the center, the iconic black bands with the famous "C" of Cartier.

Pocket clip finishes with the historic "C" in relief; the cap’s head bears the unmistakable black cabochon.

Authenticity engravings: On the body are engraved the limited serial number 1390/1847, the inscription "made in France" and the elegant Louis Cartier signature in cursive.

Contents: The pen is sold without box and papers; it will be shipped with a protective case to safeguard the object.
