Title: The Queen of Nighttime Silences
Dimensions: 70 x 55 cm
Year: 2025
Chiara Sirelli is a contemporary figurative artist whose work centers on the human portrait as an emotional and narrative space. Her pieces investigate fragility, melancholy, and relational dynamics through suspended faces and gestures, capable of evoking intimate and universal stories at the same time.
Her paintings, characterized by a strong chromatic sensitivity and a pictorial language that dialogues with tradition while maintaining a contemporary outlook, render silent characters, often immersed in atmospheres of anticipation or introspection. The psychological dimension thus becomes the focal point of her research, where the viewer is invited to recognize familiar emotions and shared states of mind.
