Description from the seller
Up for auction: a splendid and exceptional example of Castello Pipe, Trade Mark model (KKKK), dated 2015 (Castello year stamp verifiable on the tenon).
This piece is distinguished by a beautiful, smooth, light natural finish, today virtually impossible to find on the market due to the rarity of briar veneers so free of imperfections that they do not require dark coloring or contrasts. The figure is regular and highlights the artisanal craftsmanship of the Cantù workshop.
The pipe is in a classic straight Billiard shape, with generous and balanced proportions. The tenon bears the exclusive R5 mark, attesting to its provenance close to the historic and elegant shop of Francesco Rosso in Padova, synonymous with excellence and strict selection of pieces.
Conditions:
Splendid NOS (New Old Stock) condition. The pipe is completely new, never smoked, never filled. Black acrylic mouthpiece, perfect, free from any mark or oxidation.
The lot includes:
* Castello Trade Mark 4K pipe
* Original Castello wooden/cardboard box
* Original protective fabric pouch
* Original certificate of authenticity and warranty from the era
An unmissable piece for Castello brand collectors and for lovers of high-end, smooth, flame-finished pipes.
