Splendid and refined original color engraving by Master Orfeo Tamburi (1910-1994), a renowned exponent of the Roman School deeply linked to the landscapes of the French capital.
The work depicts one of his most famous and sought-after subjects on the market: a Parisian urban scene characterized by clean geometries, attic rooms (mansardes) and tall industrial chimneys rising in the background. The distinctive bold black line work fits perfectly with the delicate chromatic nuances of azure and brick.
