Vincenzo Eulisse (1936–2024) was a Venetian painter and sculptor whose career developed from early Realism and Expressionism toward a dynamic, surreal and socially engaged artistic language.
He held his first solo exhibition at the renowned Bevilacqua La Masa in Venice in 1958 and later exhibited at the Venice Biennale in 1972 and 1976. Eulisse also taught at the Accademia di Belle Arti di Urbino and was closely connected to the vibrant Venetian artistic and intellectual scene of the post-war period. His work is distinguished by its expressive, experimental character and continuous stylistic evolution.
