Mimosa e violette is a large-format floral still life, built around the spectacular yellow mass of the mimosa, which almost entirely occupies the upper part of the composition.
Graziani places the numerous flowering sprigs according to an expansive and deliberately exuberant structure. The sequence of the small yellow blossoms is interrupted by green-gray leaves, creating a vibrant and luminous surface that stands out from the brown-reddish background.
The large bouquet is gathered inside a red vase, whose warm color constitutes the second important chromatic focal point of the composition.
