Brad Howe seeks to place himself within the tradition of geometric abstraction and to perpetuate it as a living and relevant discourse.
His playful mobiles, wall works, furniture and freestanding sculptures combine the dynamic relationships between planes and fields of color characteristic of post-Cubist modernism.
However, their playful exuberance owes more to the artistic effervescence of Los Angeles and São Paulo in the 21st century, cities where Howe began his career.
