Description from the seller
Magnificent collection piece of one of Omega's most special and sought-after references from the 1980s: the Speedmaster "Teutonic", here presented in complete original condition. This piece combines the robustness of steel with the elegance of solid gold, offering an integrated design that marked an era in Swiss watchmaking.
Inside is the legendary Calibre 861, the hand-wound movement that propelled the Speedmaster to the Moon. A mechanism of reliability and invaluable historical value.
The brushed steel case and the gold-coated bezel show signs of use consistent with its age: the bezel gold features a few small bulges and is partially missing at 12 o’clock. The watch has never been polished, thus preserving the original factory lines and finish. It shows no significant impacts or dents.
Dimensions: 42 mm (a large presence on the wrist but very ergonomic thanks to the integrated design).
Crystal: original mineral in good condition, without obvious scratches.
Magnificent gold-colored dial, with applied indices and the Omega logo standing out in impeccable condition, contrasting with the three gray-countered subdials with black hands.
Bracelet: Integrated steel and gold. Shows signs of use and a normal tolerance for its age, but all links in the set are present, maintaining excellent solidity and the original Omega-signed clasp.
Functioning: The watch runs correctly, with steady timekeeping and precise chronograph functions.
The watch comes with its original instruction booklet and the warranty booklet stamped: it will be shipped with careful packaging.
International insured tracked shipping.
