Matsukaze 松風 ceramic Noh mask Ko-omote, depicting a young maiden about fifteen to sixteen years old, hand-polished and hand-painted with a white base, ink hairline and red lips, red cords on both sides, dating to 1990–2000, in excellent condition, 13 cm high, 7.5 cm wide, 5 cm deep, 146 g, and comes with its original tomobako storage box.

This is a vintage Japanese Noh mask known as "Ko-omote." It is one of the most famous and classic Noh masks, representing a beautiful young maiden of approximately fifteen or sixteen years of age. The name "Ko-omote" translates to "small face" and refers to one of the most popular styles within the Noh mask repertoire.
Crafted from ceramic, the mask features a hand-polished and hand-painted finish. Distinctive details include a signature pure white base, an ink-painted hairline, and striking red lips; red cords are attached to both sides.
It comes with its original wooden storage box (*tomobako*), which bears an inscription.
