The jewel was handcrafted in Italy and contains:
- 4 Freshwater pearls, dimensions 7 and 9 mm, round shape, total weight 14.0 carats, color White (4 x 3.5 carats)
- 2 Sapphires, Cabochon cut, total weight 3.0 carats, color Blue (2 x 1.5 carats)
- 5 Rubies, Cabochon cut, total weight 3.0 carats, color (5 x 0.6 carats)
- 12 Chalcedony, total weight 36.5 carats (12 x 3.0417 carats)
- 1 Amethyst, Cube-cut, total weight 3.0 carats, color Purple
- 3 Freshwater pearls, dimensions 10.0 mm, Baroque shape, total weight 15.0 carats, color Gray (3 x 5 carats)
