Work with 4 original interventions by the hand of the artist: two red zones, one green and the star.
"Homenatge a Joan Prats" is a famous series of original lithographs created by the avant-garde artist Joan Miró in homage to his close friend, patron and prominent promoter of Catalan art, Joan Prats.
Over the years, Miró dedicated different editions and lithographic folders under this concept, mainly through the prestigious Polígrafa Barcelona publishing house.
The Main Editions
• Folder from 1971 (Main Series): Composed of an emblematic collection of 15 original color lithographs (along with their black states) printed on Guarro paper. The usual limited edition consists of a pencil-signed and numbered run of 75 copies. Its official presentation took place at Sala Gaspar in Barcelona in the autumn of that year.
