Rare etching and intaglio print by Walter Valentini, specimen I / XV, in perfect condition on heavy handmade paper.

Walter Valentini (Pergola, October 22, 1928 – Milan, May 20, 2022) was an Italian painter, sculptor, and printmaker, internationally recognized in the field of graphics and engraving.
Like the plates, graphic works are not smooth surfaces: with a refined drypoint intaglio technique, Valentini presses the paper so that the drawing remains raised above the plane.
