A close associate of Helen Frankenthaler, Morris Louis, and Kenneth Noland, Dzubas developed his signature Color Field style under the direct influence of Hans Hofmann and Clement Greenberg. His works are held in major museum collections across the United States.
This large-format silkscreen — measuring an imposing 162 x 112 cm — exemplifies Dzubas at his most powerful: bold, sweeping vertical strokes of color that create an immediate, commanding presence.
