Presenting Valencia Orange VXII, an expressive and vibrant original painting by contemporary artist Kirsty Wain, created as part of her celebrated Valencia Orange series.
This piece captures the sun-drenched spirit of the Mediterranean with a lively, expressive aesthetic. Rich, bold acrylic tones depict an orange tree heavy with ripe fruit and delicate white blossoms set against a dynamic sky-blue backdrop. About the Artist
Kirsty Wain is a British painter currently living and working in Spain. Deeply connected to the Mediterranean landscape, her work offers an expressive, emotive interpretation of the surrounding environment. Drawing strong inspiration from Post-Impressionism and the bold colour theory of Fauvism, Wain uses vibrant hues, textured application, and fluid line work to capture the intrinsic energy, spirit, and light of a location. Her paintings, frequently focused on ancient olive groves, hillside pines, and sweeping terrains—seek to translate fleeting personal moments and deep emotional ties to place directly onto the canvas.
Wain’s distinct visual language continues to gain international visibility, and her paintings are held in private collections around the world.
